He has achieved exemplary results in reducing operating costs through his understanding of lean management techniques and he has designed and implemented innovative ‘step change’ initiatives to create competitive advantage in the businesses he has worked in.
With an extensive understanding of transport operations from both the client and operator perspective, Tony has a dynamism evidenced in a lengthy list of career highlights accrued during his rise from Bus Driver to General Manager throughout some of Australia’s largest transport operations.
Tony’s career highlights include:
- Director of Queensland Coach Company Pty Ltd, who specialise in Australian designed and manufactured bus and coach bodies for European chassis’
- President of the Queensland Bus Industry Council from 2012 to 2015
A strong advocate for continual improvement, Tony helps to promote this by serving on a multiple of bus industry boards. At present he is:
- President of Queensland Bus Industry Council
- Chairman of the Long Distance Tour and Charter Committee for the Queensland Bus Industry Council
- A council member of The Australian Public Transport Industrial Association, and;
- A member of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator Bus Taskforce.

Kirsten possesses a BA majoring in Psychology and a Masters in Human Resources Management-Employee Relations Specialisation and is currently completing Juris Doctor through ANU.

With strong exposure to resource projects, Daryl’s strengths lie in his thorough understanding of operational efficiencies in the demanding nature of the Australian environment.

With an emphasis on corporate governance and compliance, Wayne oversees all the accounting operations, financial reporting and statutory compliance requirements of the company with a key focus on the financial and commercial management of business operations, centered around sustainable growth and strategic development.

With a background heavily entrenched in the resources industry, Claire integrates with every department to ensure quality operating systems, output consistency, robust systems and global adherence to standards.

The authority in managing logistics in complex, live environments, Craig’s proficiencies extend from Incident & Injury free Oil and Gas Construction Operations, to Over-dimensional road transportation, traffic management, Marine Supply Base Maintenance Operations, Materials Management and Emergency Response Operations.

Utilising experience in roles that encompass Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality Control, and Health and Safety in both regional and global environments, Pele is distinct and committed in her approach to lead in safety.
Employing technology, innovation and vitality, Pele has consistently yielded an engaged and safety focused workforce focused on achieving industry leading safety outcomes.

Previously employed in the vehicle hire industry as a Regional Business Development Manager, Eliza has been based for many years in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and has developed detailed knowledge of working within Australia’s multi-billion dollar mining sector.
Eliza enjoys an exemplary track record for customer retention, and is often applauded for her strong ethical business approach and ability to transition easily between executive corporate negotiations to remote on-location site discussion.’
